The Caritas Carmelitana Italiana,the Diocesian Caritas of Catania and the Carmelite NGO are working together in light of the reforms directed by Pope Francis to protect young couples, families in crisis, social groups in serious economic hardship and migrants.
The three organizations work together to provide nutritious food for the needy. Every Thursday since 2010 Caritas Carmelitana Italiana and the Carmelite NGO supply Caritas Catania ingredients to prepare daily meals for the needy that come to the Center.
