The Carmelite NGO has special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (经社理事会) of the United Nations. We also have affiliations with other U.N. bodies, including the United Nations Environment Programme (环境署), the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (联合国气候变化框架公约), the Global Coalition for Social Justice (GCSJ), and the Department of Global Communications (DGC).
其使命 就是通过倡导和关心人类大家庭的精神和物质需求以及环境，积极参与创造一个更加和平、公正和充满爱的世界。

Provincial Statements on Gaza and on Immigration
The Carmelite NGO formally endorses two recent statements issued by the Most Pure Heart of Mary Province. One is on Gaza and the other is on migration. We hope you read, pray over and act upon the words found in these statements. They both address critically important political and moral issues. We would like it known that we stand in solidarity with immigrants and refugees and with the Palestinian people. These are our brothers and sisters and they are suffering.
